Extended Family

Our customers have helped us build our business and we believe that they should be able to participate in our future success. We are hoping to offer every interested Parsley Box customer the opportunity to invest in our initial public offering (IPO), subject to it happening and, of course, the laws around where and to whom we can offer shares.

We have partnered with PrimaryBid to give all eligible Parsley Box and PrimaryBid customers access to our IPO.

Just 4 Easy Steps to Participate

1

You’ll need to provide some personal information including your National Insurance Number andstockbroker account details (if you have one). This is because PrimaryBid is a company regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).

Once you are verified, you can access the PrimaryBid platform via the website or the app. You will need to be located and resident in the UK.

2

Turn on notifications

When Parsley Box has further news about its IPO, PrimaryBid will notify you instantly by email or an app push notification.

3

Invest

If and when Parsley Box’s IPO goes live, you’ll be able to review all the documents and terms on the PrimaryBid platform before you decide whether to invest. If there’s more demand than shares being sold, it will be up to Parsley Box to decide the fairest way to divide up the deal.

4

Receive your shares

Once your investment has been confirmed, your shares will be transferred into your stockbroker account (if you have one) or will be kept electronically for you in the Parsley Box Share Account provided by Equiniti Financial Services Limited (EFSL)*, for free.

* Equiniti Financial Services Limited is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. Registered in England and Wales no. 6208699. Their registered offices are Aspect House, SpencerRoad, Lancing, West Sussex, BN99 6DA United Kingdom.

Get set up

Signing up to PrimaryBid does not commit you in any way to participating in any future offer. However, it will mean that your PrimaryBid account is ready at the beginning of any future subscription period and that you will enjoy any updates along the way. If we proceed with our plan to IPO, Parsley Box will publish an Admission Document which you should base your investment decision on.

Any application for shares in our IPO would be subject to customary terms and conditions, including subscription limits, which will be set out in our Admission Document. In addition, if demand for shares is greater than the number of shares to be made available to Parsley Box and PrimaryBid customers, applications could be subject to scaling back.

The contents of this webpage (but no other part of this website), have been prepared by Parsley Box and approved by PrimaryBid Limited, which is authorized and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority, solely for the purposes of Section 21(2)(b) of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000, as amended.
