Receiving my allocation details

How does the allocation process work?

If the total amount applied for by individual investors exceeds the amount allocated to PrimaryBid in the offer, investors may be scaled back. You will be notified if you are scaled back in the allocation email which is sent to the email address registered to your PrimaryBid account once the results of the offer are announced.

When will my allocation be confirmed?

You will receive details of your allocation to the email address registered to your PrimaryBid account once the Company has announced the results of the offer. Typically this will be within 24 hours of the offer closing, although this can take longer in some instances. Allocation decisions are made by the Company raising capital, and as such PrimaryBid has no influence on the time it takes to announce allocations.

Why have I not received a full allocation (been scaled back)?

If the total amount applied for by PrimaryBid’s clients exceeds the amount allocated to PrimaryBid in the offer, investors through PrimaryBid (including those that apply through their brokers) may be scaled back. If you have been scaled back, this will be included in the allocation email which is sent to the email address registered to your PrimaryBid account once the results of the offer are announced.

The decision to scale back applications will be made at the discretion of the Company raising funds with PrimaryBid. Information of the scale back is included in the Regulatory News Announcement of Results for each PrimaryBid Offer.

I have been scaled back. When can I expect my refund for the unallocated amount?

If you are due a refund, you should expect to receive this within five business days of the allocation announcement. This will be returned to the same debit card that you used to apply to the PrimaryBid offer.
