KEFI raises £6.44m

PrimaryBid was pleased to support KEFI Gold and Copper plc (AIM: KEFI), the gold and copper exploration and development company with projects in the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, on the retail investor element of its latest capital raise.

The Company raised approximately £6.44 million through the Firm Placing, the Conditional Subscription and the PrimaryBid Retail offer.

Investors were able to access the PrimaryBid Offer via its website, mobile app and through its extensive network of retail brokers, wealth managers and investment platforms.

This UK deal was only available to investors in the UK.
