Successful block trade in Groupe OKwind shares

PrimaryBid SA was pleased to support Groupe OKwind in a block trade of its shares, alongside Portzamparc (BNP Paribas Group) and TP ICAP. Groupe OKwind develops solutions for the production and consumption of green energy in short supply chains.

The Selling Shareholders sold 493,945 of Groupe OKwind’s shares through a private placement with institutional investors in France and in Europe, and through a public offering to individual investors in France via PrimaryBid.
