PrimaryBid was pleased to support Dechra Pharmaceuticals plc (the "Company") during its latest capital raise. In addition to a Placing, a concurrent Retail Offer was available to retail investors through the PrimaryBid platform.

A total of 116,870 new Ordinary Shares have been subscribed for in the Retail Offer at the Placing Price (the "Retail Offer Shares"), raising gross proceeds of approximately £4 million for the Company.
