PrimaryBid was pleased to support Duke Royalty Ltd ("the Company") during its latest capital raise. In addition to a Placing, a PrimaryBid Offer was available to retail investors.

The Company has raised the maximum amount under the PrimaryBid Offer of £1.5 million (before expenses) following the closing of the offer on 10 May 2022.
