PrimaryBid was pleased to support Eco (Atlantic) Oil & Gas Ltd ("the Company") during its latest capital raise via a Retail Offer on the PrimaryBid platform.

On settlement, the Equity Fundraise will raise gross proceeds of approximately £19.5 million (approximately US$25.5 million) for the Company before expenses, including 6,666,666 new Common Shares pursuant to the Retail Offer on the PrimaryBid platform, raising gross proceeds of approximately £2.0 million (approximately US$2.6 million).
