PrimaryBid was pleased to support Hercules Site Services plc ("the Company") during its initial public offering.

The Admission to the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange follows a subscription, institutional placing and retail offer via PrimaryBid which raised in aggregate £8 million at a placing price of 50.5 pence per share.
