PrimaryBid was pleased to support Ocado Group plc during its latest capital raise via a Retail Offer on the PrimaryBid platform.

The Company has placed 72,327,044 Placing Shares raising proceeds of approximately £575m, in conjunction with 246,405 Retail Offer Shares to certain retail investors (including a significant number of existing Ocado retail shareholders) and 150,944 Subscription Shares to certain members of the senior management team, raising aggregate gross proceeds from the Capital Raise of approximately £578m.
